This Agreement is made and entered into this day of , 2018, (“Effective Date”) pursuant to the authority of Section 66.0301(2), Wis. Stats., as an intergovernmental agreement by and between the City of Green Bay Metro Fire Department (“GBMFD”) and the Bellevue Fire Department, (“BFD”), both parties being municipal corporations organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, collectively referred to as the Parties.
