This is an important legal Agreement between the student (“Student”), one or both of the Student’s parents or legal guardians (individually or collectively “Parents”), and Journey Through Hallowed Ground National Heritage Area (DBA National History Academy) (“Academy”), a Virginia nonprofit corporation with a mailing address of P.O. Box 2278, Middleburg, VA 20118. The Academy hosts a residential summer program (“Program”) at the Foxcroft School (“School”), located at 22407 Foxhound Lane, Middleburg, VA 20117. In consideration of the Academy holding a space for the Student in the Program, and subsequently allowing the Student to participate in the Program, the Student and Parents hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.
