THIS BENEFICIARY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this 16th day of November, 2022 (“Effective Date”), by and between the KENTON COUNTY FISCAL COURT, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, with an address of 1840 Simon Kenton Way, Suite 5200, Covington, Kentucky 41011 (“Kenton County Fiscal Court”) , and the NORTHERN KENTUCKY PORT AUTHORITY, a Special Purpose Government Entity, with offices at 300 Buttermilk Pike, Suite 332, Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky 41017 (“Port Authority”).
