This document can be used to rent a parking space within private property for use in Great Britain. Where the parking space is based in Scotland, a different format should be used. It creates a type of contract (known as a licence) between the owner of the property and the organisation or person(s) who wish to rent out the parking space, which gives the right to use the parking space in accordance with the agreement. The document can be used where the owner is either a company or an individual, and where either an individual, a company or a group of individuals is renting out the parking space for their own use.
