Addendum #7Student Transportation Agreement • September 24th, 2021
This Addendum #7 is made part of that certain Amended and Restated Student Transportation Agreement entered into July 1, 2019, as modified and amended (the “Student Transportation Agreement”), between Joint School District No. 2, Ada and Canyon Counties, Idaho, an independent public body politic and corporate of the State of Idaho (the “District”), and Santa Barbara Transportation Corp d.b.a. Cascade Student Transportation of 6414 Hollister Avenue, Goleta, CA (the “Contractor”). This Addendum modifies the terms of the Student Transportation Agreement to the extent the terms of the Student Transportation Agreement conflict with this Addendum. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Student Transportation Agreement.
