THIS ESCROW TRUST AGREEMENT, dated as of February 1, 2012, by and between Unified School District No. 261, Sedgwick County, Kansas (Haysville), a unified school district organized and existing under the laws of the State of Kansas (the “Issuer”), and UMB National Bank of America, a national banking association with an office located in Wichita, Kansas, and having full trust powers, as Escrow Agent (the “Escrow Agent”).
