This Stipulation of Settlement (“Settlement Agreement” or “Settlement”) is reached by and between Plaintiffs Lucia Guerrero and Jose Gomez (“Plaintiffs,” or the “Class Representatives”), individually and on behalf of all members of the Settlement Class (defined below), and Defendant Food Technology and Design, LLC d/b/a FoodPharma (“Defendant”) (Plaintiffs and Defendant are referred to herein collectively as the “Parties”). Plaintiffs and the Settlement Class are represented by Amir Nayebdadash of Protection Law Group, LLP, and Sam Sani of Sani Law, APC (“Class Counsel”). Defendant is represented by David Wimmer and Lori Yankelevits of Swerdlow Florence Sanchez Swerdlow & Wimmer, A Law Corporation (“Defense Counsel”).
