Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), confirms its agreement with SVB Leerink LLC (“SVB Leerink”) and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. (“Raymond James”) are parties to that certain Distribution Agreement, dated March 6, 2020 (the “Original Agreement”). Each of the Company, Raymond James and SVB Leerink LLC (“SVB Leerink”) (each of SVB Leerink and Raymond James, an “Agent” and together, the “Agents”), desire to amend and restate the Original Agreement, as set forth in this Amended and Restated Distribution Agreement (this “Agreement”).
