These terms and conditions of use (“Agreement” or “Terms”) are entered into by and between you (“you” or “Customer”) and MatrixCare, Inc. (“MC,” “we” or “us”), and you, who uses, accesses and licenses MC software in accordance with these Terms and/or separate Master License and Services Agreement (“MLSA”), if applicable, and any person authorized by you to access and use the CareCommunity Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use or otherwise access the CareCommunity Platform.
