THIS AGREEMENT made and entered this 1st day of October, 2021 by and between the City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Owner" or “City”) and Twinrocks, Inc., a Colorado Corporation, a professional architectural firm (hereinafter referred to as "Architect") for Architect to render certain professional planning, design, architectural, and related services for Owner in connection with Bid 21-057 RFP – Architectural and Consulting Services for Office Remodel of Floors 4,5, & 6 of the Wells Fargo Building, hereinafter referred to as the "Project."
