THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered May 22, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Board of Education (the “School Board”) of the Rockford Public Schools, District No. 205, Winnebago and Boone Counties, Illinois (the “School District” or “District”), an Illinois school district, whose address is 501 Seventh Street, Rockford, Illinois 61104, and Maul Foster & Alongi, Inc. d/b/a FLO Analytics (“Contractor”), a Washington corporation, with its principal office at 330 E Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 405, Vancouver, WA 98660. The School Board and Contractor shall each be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
