The purpose of this document is to ensure the acknowledgement and understanding of membership criteria and expectations in the Consortium of Florida Education Foundations (Consortium) so that all members are acting in good faith in both their local community and with respect to the Consortium and their peer foundations. In determining the appropriate one member local education foundation per county-wide school district, the Consortium will consider both historical course of performance and the education foundation’s current working relationship with the school district. In terms of being a member in good standing with the Consortium, each member is accountable to one another for the strength and viability of the organization as a whole in line with our mission and values.
