This Agreement is entered into by and between the Board of Education of Baltimore County, hereinafter referred to as the “Board” or “Employer,” and the SEIU United Healthcare Workers East, hereinafter referred to as the “Union,” and has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Board and the Union, the insurance of optimum and uninterrupted care for the elementary and special school students of Baltimore County, the establishment of an equitable and effective procedure for the resolution of differences, and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the employees covered hereunder.
