CF is the operating company of an asphalt racetrack and ancillary support buildings (collectively referred to as the “Facilities”) located at 150 Raceway Drive, Auburndale, FL 33823. In exchange for certain fees paid to CF, CF is permitting Driver to use such Facilities, or portion thereof, for the time listed below. For purposes of this agreement, a passenger in a car on the racetrack shall also be considered a Driver, and must agree to these same terms and conditions.
