This document constitutes the agreement (“Agreement”) outlining the terms and conditions under which the Brink’s Prepaid Mastercard and the Brink’s Prepaid Mastercard Virtual Account have been issued by BofI Federal Bank, San Diego, California (“BofI Federal Bank”or “Issuer”).
