This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made effective as of September , between the City of Foster City/Estero Municipal Improvement District (“District”), a municipal corporation located in San Mateo County, California, and WaterNow Alliance (“WaterNow”), a project of the Trust for Conservation Innovation DBA Multiplier, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, regarding execution of a leak detection pilot study (“Project”). The District and WaterNow are, at times, individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
