It’s an unfortunate reality when ‘business’ and ‘contracts’ are involved that we have to consider things like non-disclosure and confidentiality. Sometimes, even to have preliminary discussions regarding prospective projects, clients or collaborations, information between Parties will be exchanged that might otherwise be considered private or confidential. We are collaborators at heart, and as such want to assure you that information shared with us will be treated respectfully, and confidentially, and that we will not disclose your information, ideas, business practices, etc., or use that information without permission and attribution. The spirit of this bidirectional Agreement is that we expect to be treated in the same respectful way.
