TERM OF GRANT: The term of the Grant shall begin on July 1, 2019, or upon approval of this agreement, and end on the Project completion date unless otherwise terminated or amended as provided in the Grant. The Project completion date is June 30, 2022, or when the final deliverable is received, whichever is earlier. The final invoice and ten percent (10%) retention invoice must be received within 90 days after the Project completion date.
