THIS AGREEMENT (“Contract”), is made and entered into as of the day of , 2023 (“the effective date”) by and between Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, acting through the Housing and Community Development Department (hereinafter referred to as “HCD”) – with principal offices at 510 Fenwick , Augusta, Georgia 30901, as party of the first part (hereinafter called “Augusta”), and Sand Hills Urban Development, Inc., a developer, organized pursuant to the Laws of the State of Georgia (hereinafter called “SHUD”) as party in the second part.
