This Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of The Colony (“The Colony”) and the City of Carrollton, Texas (“Carrollton”), collectively referred to as the “Parties” acting by and through their duly authorized officials, and adopting this Agreement upon, by and through authorization of their respective governing bodies.
