This Agency Agreement (the “Agreement’”) between on behalf of the Company(ies) listed on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Company”) and the producer listed above (the “Producer”), effective on the date noted above, governs the relationship between the parties for the type of business covered under this Agreement. It replaces all previous contracts or agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties for such business.
