This agreement is made on the date (1) between Elsdon Village Hall Booking Secretary (2) and the Hirer (4), in consideration of the sum (8). The committee agrees to permit the hirer to use the premises (7) for the purposes (6) and for the period(s) (5) described above. The hirer agrees with the committee to observe and perform the provisions and stipulations contained or referred to in the standard conditions of hire for the time being in force, as annexed hereto, together with any special conditions as attached.
