This Services Agreement (“General Terms”) is between Customer and the Pelion legal entity set forth in the Order Form (“Pelion”) and takes effect as of the date Customer signs an Order Form (“Effective Date”). In the event of a conflict, inconsistency or difference between documents that make up this Agreement, the documents will control in the following order: the Order Form, and these General Terms.
