This Data Processing Agreement (Agreement) is between iPeak Designs (Data Processor) and the customer (Data Controller), collectively referred to as the Parties and each a Party. This Agreement governs the access to and use of the Driving School Online System (Service). This Agreement forms part of the Terms & Conditions available at http://www.drivingschoolonline.co.uk, in which the parties have agreed to the terms for the Data Processor’s delivery of services to the Data Controller.
