By virtue of this Grant Agreement (the “Agreement”), the International Fund for Agricultural Development (the “Fund”) shall make available to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, established at Viale delle Terme di Caracalla, 00153 Rome ( “Recipient” or “FAO”), financial assistance in the form of a grant in the amount of three hundred and fifty thousand dollars (USD 350 000) (the “Grant”) in support of the project entitled “Building up Mature Partnership for Scaling up Agricultural Water Management in Africa (AgWA)” described in Annex 1 hereto (the “Project”).
