THIS CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (the "Contribution Agreement") is made between the GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LATVIA (the "Contributor") represented by and acting through the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development, and the EUROPEAN BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT (the "EBRD") jointly referred to hereinafter as the “Parties” and each a “Party”, in respect of the Contributor’s commitment and contribution to the Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership Fund (the “Fund”).
