This Agreement for Portable Ultrasound Equipment (this “Agreement”), effective as of May 1, 2006 (the “Effective Date”), is between Broadlane, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Broadlane”), and ZONARE Medical Systems Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Supplier”), and remains in effect for three years commencing on the Effective Date and expiring on April 30, 2009 (the “Term”).
