This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between the end-user Customer of Gigamon hardware and software products (“Customer”) and Gigamon Inc. (“Gigamon”) regarding Customer’s use of the Software (as defined below). Gigamon is willing to license the Software to Customer upon the condition that it accepts and complies with the terms contained in this EULA (“Agreement”).
