This AGREEMENT for management of the Redwood Coast Transit System, hereinafter referred to as “REDWOOD COAST TRANSIT” is made and entered into this 12th day of June 2008 by and between the Redwood Coast Transit Authority, hereinafter referred to as “RCTA” and First Transit, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR”.
