In the event any of the provisions of this Agreement are violated, the University may serve written notice upon Vendor of the University's intention to terminate this Agreement. Such notice is to state the reason(s) for such intention to terminate this Agreement and unless within ten (10) days after serving such notice upon Vendor such violations shall cease and satisfactory arrangements for correction are made, the University may immediately terminate this Agreement. The liability of such Vendor and its surety for any and all such violations(s) shall not be affected by any such terminations. The University may terminate this Agreement without cause by giving the Vendor thirty (30) days written or FAX notice of termination.
