Pinnacle shall provide the Software and Documentation to the Customer under the standard licence terms provided by the relevant third parties, copies of which shall be provided to the Customer on reasonable request, and the Customer agrees to be bound to the relevant third parties by such licence terms in accordance with clause 11. 6 Pinnacle will use reasonable endeavours to supply the Services as specified in the Order. 7 7.1 Pinnacle shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Supplied Hardware to the Site(s) by the applicable Delivery Dates set out in the Order. 7.2 The Customer shall, at its own expense, prepare the Site(s) in accordance with the information provided by Pinnacle in advance of each Delivery Date.
