This Amendment and Restatement of the Master Interlocal Agreement Between City of San Antonio and Bexar County (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of San Antonio (“CITY”), a Texas Home Rule Municipality, and the County of Bexar (“COUNTY”), a political subdivision of the State of Texas. CITY and COUNTY may collectively be referred to as the “Parties,” and singularly as a “Party.” This Agreement is made and entered into by the Parties pursuant to the authority granted under the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Texas Gov’t Code 791 et.seq.
