This Professional Services Agreement (“PSA”) is entered into between Fleis & VandenBrink Engineering, Inc. (“Engineer”) and Atlas Township, whose address is 7386 S. Gale Road, Grand Blanc, MI 48439 (“Owner”) where Engineer agrees to provide services for Owner and Owner agrees to pay Engineer, all in accordance with the terms of this PSA.
