The undersigned requests that the Board of Directors of HCCC #181 approve the requested alterations and/or repairs to Unit , 3600 John Parr Drive, of HCCC #181 and/or the common elements. In the event this approval is granted then this Agreement shall govern the alterations and/or repairs.
