This Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure (“Agreement”) contains the terms that govern the use of The Fidelity Deposit & Discount Bank’s Online Banking Services (“Online Banking”) and contains disclosures required by the Electronic Funds Transfer Act. This Agreement is in addition to the terms and conditions described in any other deposit or loan agreement(s) you have with us, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. By enrolling in, applying for or by using any part of Online Banking, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
