This Agreement is entered into between Minnesota State University, Mankato; St. Cloud State University; Winona State University; University of Minnesota; University of Minnesota, Duluth and any system college approved to offer the Associate in Science Engineering Broad Field degree program. Any system college that offers the Associate in Science Engineering Broad Field program is a party to this agreement. This Agreement and any amendments and supplements, shall be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Minnesota.
