This Software as a Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Customer and Lemod, LLC. a Wyoming corporation (“Lemod”), with its principal place of business at 1314 Massachusetts Ave NW Suite 106, Washington, DC 20005. Lemod and “the Customer” agree that the following terms and conditions will apply to the services provided under this Agreement and Orders placed thereunder.
