Kiley Company Real Estate Appraisers-2018-34 r t 2018-34 AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made as of this 1st day of August 2018, by and between the CITY OF GRAND TERRACE ("City") and Kiley Company Real Estate Appraisers ("Consultant"). 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant agrees to perform during the term of this Agreement, the tasks, obligations, and services set forth in the "Scope of Services" attached to and incorporated into this Agreement as Exhibit A (the "Services") for appraisal services. 2. TERM OF.AGREEMENT.
