Kiley Company Real Estate Appraisers-2018-34 r t 2018-34 AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made as of this 1st day of August 2018, by and between the CITY OF GRAND TERRACE ("City") and Kiley Company Real Estate Appraisers ("Consultant"). 1.
