These Terms and Conditions, together with the On-Boarding Agreement, and any attachments, exhibits, and schedules attached hereto (collectively, the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date set forth on the On- Boarding Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and between ESAB AB (“ESAB”) and the customer identified in the On- Boarding Agreement (“ Client”). ESAB and Client may be identified individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
