(“Agreement” or “SGIA”) is made and entered into this 20th day of May, 2021, by and among the New York Independent System Operator, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York (“NYISO”) and New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York (“Connecting Transmission Owner”), and Orangeville Energy Storage LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Interconnection Customer”) each hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as “Party” or referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
