This Environmental Covenant is entered into by [name all Owners of the Property and Holders] and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC) §§ 5301.80 to 5301.92 for the purpose of subjecting the Property described in section 2 herein (“the Property”) to the activity and use limitations set forth herein.
