THIS LEASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into this the 1st day of December 2021, by and between the TOWN OF MOREHEAD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of North Carolina, hereinafter called “Landlord”; and LEEWARD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. located at 211 Arendell Street, Morehead City, North Carolina, hereinafter called “Landlord”.
