The advertiser and any agency and/or media placement service (collectively, “CUSTOMER”) purchasing broadcast time for commercial announcements and/or programs (sometimes collectively referred to as “ Programs ” ), and BRAZOS COMMUNICATIONS WEST, LLC d.b.a. West Texas Radio Group ("WTRG") agree: that these terms (the “CONTRACT’) and the conditions set forth on the accompanying order form constitute the agreement between CUSTOMER and “WTRG”:
