This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Summit Fire Protection Company, 2431 Fairfield Street, Lincoln, NE 68521, (hereinafter “Contractor”) and City of Lincoln (hereinafter “City”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated June 9, 2023, executed under City Directorial Order No. 30209, and County Contract No. C-23-0505, dated June 13, 2023, and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, dated June 13, 2023, for Annual Service – Fire Extinguisher Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance, Bid No. 23-057, which is made a part hereof by this reference.
