This Group Purchasing and Contract Purchasing Management Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of your assent to its terms in accordance with the obligations set forth below (“Effective Date”), by and between Savings Squared Medical, Inc., a California corporation (“SSM”) and Customer (described below). This Agreement governs Customer’s access and use of SSM’s Group Purchasing and Contract Purchasing Management Services described in Exhibit B, Section 1 (“Contract Services”).
