REALTOR PARTICIPATION: (a) The Realtor must complete the Realtor Participation Agreement form, which must be received by Worley Auctioneers & Appraisers Inc. & Keller Williams Pinnacle Group by June 5, 2016 before 2:00pm, that is, 24 hours before the close of the scheduled auction. The Realtor must hold an active real estate license in the state that the auction actually takes place. This letter of registration must be faxed to (513) 774-9183 or e-mailed to penny@worleyauctions.com no later than 24 hours prior to the auction close and each registration will be stamped and dated upon arrival at our office. In case of a duplicate registration, the broker/agent who files first will be considered the procuring broker. There can be NO EXCEPTION to this procedure and NO ORAL REGISTRATION will be accepted. Due to the participation of many agents at our auctions, it is important that you register your client correctly as soon as possible so that there is no error as to who receives the commiss
