, (Provider) enters into a Provider Agreement with the State of Alaska, Department of Health & Social Services (DHSS) for the purpose of evaluating eligible clients in locations that are not Designated Evaluation and Treatment (DET) facilities or to help clarify if the client still meets the criteria for involuntary commitment or needs to be held under a judicial ex parte order pending transport to Alaska Psychiatric Institute (API) or another DET facility for further evaluation or treatment.
