These Terms and Conditions set forth the terms and conditions applicable to the sale by KRAMBU, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“KRAMBU”), of the computer Hardware identified in the Purchase Order to which these Terms and Conditions are attached. Unless otherwise agreed to by KRAMBU in writing, these Terms and Conditions apply to (a) sales to End Users directly by KRAMBU; (b) sales by KRAMBU to a Reseller; and (c) sales by a Reseller to an End User (“Purchaser”). By placing this Purchase Order, Purchaser accepts and is bound to the Terms and Conditions set forth below.
