This P-TECH 9-14 Model Agreement, ("Agreement") is entered into by and among United to Learn hereinafter referred to as "Industry Partner", a 503c Non-profit organized under the laws of the State of Texas with its principal place of business in 3000 Pegasus Park Dr. Suite 940, Dallas, Texas, 75247 the Dallas Independent School District, hereinafter referred to as "Dallas ISD", a public independent school district and political subdivision of the State of Texas; and the Dallas College, hereinafter referred to as "Dallas College" or "College", a Texas political subdivision of higher education located at 1601 Botham Jean, Blvd. Dallas, TX 75215 (each a "Party" and collectively, the "Parties"), and sets forth the roles of the various parties in regard to the implementation of the Pathways to Technology Early College High School, hereinafter referred to as "P-TECH", model at 4505 Ridgeside Dr, Dallas, TX 75244 (hereinafter referred to as the "Program").
