THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered this day of , 20 , by and between Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Client") and Roadway Asset Services, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) for Consultant to render professional services to conduct an assessment of the pavement condition for approximately 502 miles of roads (1,140 lane miles) in Pueblo, Colorado, for Client with respect to Project #21-041B, Project Name: Contracting Services for City of Pueblo Street Assessment Project, and any related ancillary services, hereinafter referred to as the "Project."
